Adult Ballet can be enjoyed by total beginners as well as experienced dancers of all ages. Ballet improves core strength, body alignment, stamina, flexibility and coordination.
芭蕾Lv.1:介紹基礎術語和動作,包含各種體位排列、手腳的姿勢、舞台地理、身體的九個方向、內轉外轉的概念。
Ballet Lv.1: Introduce the basic principles of ballet including alignment , posture of hands and feet, stage spacing and the nine directions of the body including en dehors and en dedans.
